Hi, I'm Ravi Gangampalli.
Ravi Gangampalli is a father of three in Singapore who builds AI that runs a real family. He has a full-time job in tech and builds at night and on weekends, for his own family first.
I live in Singapore with my wife and our three boys. By day I have a full-time job in tech. Views here are my own. Everything on this site is what I build outside work.
Where I come from
I started my career on the business side, in sales and marketing, before moving into technology as a consultant. From there: presales, solution design, and partner work. Nearly two decades in, I sit at the intersection of business and technology, as comfortable in a sales conversation as in a systems design discussion. I grew up in a village in South India and I have lived in Singapore for years now.
What these names mean
Proxperity is my name for living with AI, named after prosperity. The x is the open variable: prosper in anything. proxperity.ai is my personal site. It is not a company, and nothing here is for sale.
Proxper is the personal AI I built to run my own days. It is one project under Proxperity, not the same thing.
Twin is a free career sounding board that runs on your own laptop, at twin.coach. Rainbow is a coach for parents, in early access at heyrainbow.co. The biggest build is for families, starting with my own and a few friends, to help them stay well together; more when it is ready to use.
